These Terms govern your use of codrio.app and Codrio’s apps (the “Service”), operated by Winvestour LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company (“Codrio”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Codrio is in a pre-launch stage. Features such as projects, payments and hosting are not yet available. We will publish updated Terms before they launch.

The Service

Codrio is a platform where individuals and companies get software built by independent developers and software studios. Codrio is not a party to agreements between buyers and developers, except for the payment protection and platform services we provide.

Eligibility and accounts

Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; infringe others’ rights; upload malware; scrape or overload the Service; misrepresent your identity, skills or work; post fake reviews; or move payments for work found on Codrio outside the platform to avoid fees.

Payments

When paid features launch, payments will be processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms. Fees, payment protection rules and refund terms will be shown before you pay.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Codrio a limited license to host, display and process it only to operate and improve the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codrio disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codrio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid Codrio in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
